2. Who Can Order
To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and provide a valid UK delivery address.
We currently sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.
Our products are intended for personal and household use. We do not sell products for resale or distribution.
3. Products
MomentMode sells homeware and accessory products, including rattan and bamboo lampshades, seagrass baskets, wooden chopping and serving boards, and related natural homeware items.
We try to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Product images, colours, measurements, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, natural material differences, and handmade production methods.
For hand-woven and natural material products, small variations in colour, shape, pattern, weave, texture, and size are normal. These natural variations are part of the character of the product and are not usually considered faults.
Please read product descriptions, dimensions, and care information carefully before placing an order.
4. Prices
All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Standard UK shipping is free on all orders.
Prices may change from time to time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
If we discover a clear pricing error after you place an order, we may contact you before dispatch. In that case, we may offer you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy the selected product or products.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.
A contract between you and MomentMode is formed when we accept your order and dispatch the goods.
We may cancel or refuse an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- The delivery address is outside the UK
- There is a clear pricing or product listing error
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment use
- The order appears to be for resale or distribution
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you to the original payment method.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Available payment options may include major debit cards, credit cards, and other supported online payment methods.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. MomentMode does not store your full card details on our website.

7. Delivery
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Our estimated total delivery time is 5–8 business days from the day your order is placed. This includes:
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 4–6 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, remote postcodes, or other events outside our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items should be unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Return shipping is free for customers when the return is arranged through our approved return process.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Exchanges may be available within the same 30-day return window, subject to stock availability.
You may also have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer rules. UK Consumer Contracts rules provide cancellation rights for distance selling, and the official regulations are available on legislation.gov.uk.
For faulty goods, your statutory rights may apply beyond our standard 30-day return window. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 covers rights including goods being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
