This policy explains how we deliver orders placed at momentmode.co.uk. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

The total order cost is shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Processing and Cut-Off

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM GMT.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT begin processing the same working day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, or on a weekend or UK public holiday, begin processing the next working day.

Handling time: 1–2 business days from the point your order begins processing. This is the time it takes us to prepare, pack, and hand your parcel to the carrier.

Delivery Time

Transit time: 4–6 business days. Carrier deliveries may include Saturdays.

Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days from the day your order is placed.

These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier operations or events outside our control.

Carrier and Tracking

Orders are sent with a tracked UK courier service where tracking is available.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

When the Estimate May Take Longer

The 5–8 business day estimate is based on standard UK delivery addresses. Delivery may take longer in some cases, including:

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can help check the delivery status.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

We can only update an address while the order is still being processed. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Additional delivery charges may apply if a re-send is required.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with neighbours, household members, building reception, and any safe place shown on the tracking. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can help raise an investigation with the carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Public Holidays

We do not dispatch orders on UK public holidays. If your order period includes a UK public holiday, the estimated delivery window may be extended.
